"My passion stemmed from the show "ninja warrior" I wanted to challenge my body to do things it could never do. During the process, I found that the mental aspect of training needs to be present just as much as, if not more than the physical. Passing my knowledge of training to others and getting them to reach their goals is such a rewarding process and through this, I've realized that what I offer doesn't stop at getting people into better shape. I've built this philosophy of "staying uncomfortable" with your training and have taught my clients how to apply this simple method to all aspects in life to create a better version of themselves. We're more than just a training and nutrition company. We are a support system and a life line. We exist to help you grow into the best version of yourself."
Jason's Bio:

Jason has 5 years of hard experience in the fitness world. He has competed in "strongman" and the "Scottish high land games". He has been an ongoing competitor for 9 years now, with a lot of personal records, field records, events wins, and competition wins under his belt. A personal philosophy of Jason's: "It’s always you versus you. You get out what you put in. Your biggest competition is what you see in the mirror every day. Don't let others cloud your vision. They may be less or even more experienced than you but at the end of the day, you should be worried more about doing better than your prior self because everyone on this earth is built for different kinds of success."
